The FX Crown Smooth Twist X Superior is the most current design. Rifled throughout the entirety of the barrel. Unlike any other barrel on the market, the rifling is pressed from the outside resulting in a smooth surface that has never been achieved before. This helps reduce the resistance when pellets glide through the barre. In turn this also educes lead deposits and makes cleaning quicker and easier. There has been talk of an improvement in overall accuracy and more leeway in tuning the rifle to your preference while maintaining accuracy.
